This page is for applications for Catering Stalls (hot food), Alcohol outlets and ice cream stalls/vans.
To make the system fair for all, we are asking all Hot Food, Alcohol and Ice Cream outlets to complete and submit an initial simple ‘Expression of Interest’ form no later than Tuesday 30 April 2024.

Shortly after the deadline, you will be notified whether your application has been successful or not. If successful you will need to submit all the relevant supporting documentation, and make your payment.
We have implemented this revised system to avoid applications being ‘First come, first served’, while allowing our Catering Coordinator to ensure there is a broad range of food and drink options available in the limited space available.
