Open Meeting. ‘Captain William Colbeck in Antarctica’. Talk by his granddaughter Sandra Margolies.

Lewisham resident Sandra Margolies will discuss the three journeys made to Antarctica by her adventurous grandfather Captain William Colbeck (1871–1930) at the start of the Heroic Age of Exploration.
Following his adventures, Colbeck settled with his family in Inchmery Rd, Catford.
