Application Forms:

General Stalls

You can download the General stall Application form either as a PDF here, or as a Word document.

Page 1 of the form provides information on how you can support the Fayre: either as a Sponsor, by donating a prize for the Prize Draw, by taking an advert in the programme, or by joining our team of volunteers.

Catering Stalls

We sincerely apologise for the delay in providing clarification on how you can apply to run a Catering Stall or alcohol outlet at this year’s Fayre on Saturday 22nd June.

To make the system fair for all, we are asking all Hot Food, Alcohol and Ice Cream outlets to complete and submit an initial simple ‘Expression of Interest’ form no later than Tuesday 30 April 2024. You can download this form as either a PDF or a Word document.

Shortly after the deadline, you will be notified whether your application has been successful or not. If successful you will need to submit all the relevant supporting documentation, and make your payment.

We have implemented this revised system to avoid applications being ‘First come, first served’, while allowing our Catering Coordinator to ensure there is a broad range of food and drink options available in the limited space available.

If you have any queries about the application process, please send an email to fayre.caterers[AT}brockleysociety.org.uk

Please remember that the Fayre is organised entirely by volunteers. Thank you for your cooperation.

Volunteer at the Fayre

Every year, we are completely reliant on the energy, enthusiasm and time that local people generously contribute to run the Fayre. Without the team of volunteers who step forward and offer their time, the Fayre cannot happen. We urge you to consider joining them: find out more on our dedicated Volunteer page.

See you on June 22… if not before!
